The LAHIS network is a voluntary association of archaeologists and historians from 18 European countries working on Late Antique hilltop settlements. The members of the network are organised in several groups. In addition to a core group, which is responsible for organisational management, there are three regionally conceived groups, namely the Alps and Alpine Foothills, Western Europe and the Balkan Peninsula.
