In a cooperation of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the Leibniz Institute for History and Culture of Eastern Europe (GWZO), under the direction of Orsolya Heinrich-Tamáska and Marcus Zagermann, an OpenAtlas database was designed for recording Late Antique hilltop settlements. In the database, currently known Late Antique hilltop settlements are uniformly recorded with their geographical position and basic information such as size, location, dating, interpretation, publication. The data will be publicly accessible in connection with the exhibition at this site.
