Meetings of the regional working groups take place online several times a year. Three conferences are planned in the course of the work. The first took place in Ljubljana in 2021, the second is currently being prepared for October 2023. The conferences serve primarily to promote scientific exchange. The meetings of the regional working groups and the superordinate workshops will focus on preparatory work for the planned exhibition.
Late antique hilltop settlements as a pan-European phenomenon are to be presented in an exhibition at the museums in Frankfurt am Main, Ljubljana and Zagreb.
